Adapun Formasi yang di butuhkan sebagai berikut :
3DCHARACTER DEPT ( CODE A1 )
JobDesk :
- Do asset modeling, rigging and facial Blend shape.
Requirements :
- Male or female.
- Good knowledge in modeling (edgeloop, uv layout, texture etc).
- Good knowledge in sculpting (sculpting, texture and painting).
- Good knowledge in basic art (lighting, proportion, color).
- Have knowledge in basic rigging is a plus.
- Have abilities to work in 3dsmax, Maya and Photoshop.
3D ENVIRONMENT & PROP DEPT( CODE A2 )
Job Desk :
- Modeling 3D building/architectural/ man made.
- Modeling 3D props (vehicle,ornament, weapon etc).
Requirements:
- Male or female.
- Familiar with 3D software(priorityin 3dsmax and maya).
- Must know basic procedural texture.
- Good knowledge texturing in Photoshop.
- Knowledge on headous uv layout, sculpting in Zbrush and X-Normal are plus point.
SCENE PRODUCTION, LIGHT & RENDER DEPT ( CODE A3 )
Job Desk :
- Set/build the scene from asset property, asset environment , asset matte painting, visual effect, asset character.
- Rendering production and file management.
Requirements ( must be good knowledge one point below or more) :
- Male or female.
- amiliar with 3D software (3dsmax, maya, Softimage ).Good Knowledge in Poly Modelling, Texture & UV layout.
- Good Knowledge in Concept Matte Painting Projection.
- Good Knowledge in rendering MentalRay, Scanline Render.
- Good Knowledge in Pass Rendering & Farm Render ( Backburner ).
- Good Knowledge in particleFlow, Pishyx, Cloth, fumeFX, Realflow & other dynamic simulation .
COMPOSITING DEPT ( CODE A4 )
Job Desk :
- Do 3D node based compositing and 2D camera projection.
- Do color grading and color matching.
Requirements :
- Male or female.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Good knowledge in node based 3D compositing (for senior compositing).
- Good knowledge in color grading, tracking and 2D projection camera.
- Good skill in adobe after effect and adobe Photoshop.
ANIMATION DEPT ( CODE A5 )
Job Desk :
- Arrange and set up animation in mocap.
- Animation previsualization (3D animatic).
· Facial animate.
· Motion capture adjustment.
· Finger animation.
· Human and non human animation.
· Manual animate .
Requirements :
- Male or female.
- 3D artists specializing in animation.
- Good sense in animation skill (bouncing, body mechanic, facial animation etc).
- Intermediate-expert skill in 3dsmax.
- Intermediate/ expert 3D knowledge.
